Frankenstein: Soundtrack Alexandre Desplat (Splatter Edition)

Frankenstein (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film) is the official score for the 2025 Guillermo del Toro adaptation of Frankenstein, composed and produced by Academy Award-winning composer Alexandre Desplat. The soundtrack was released digitally and on streaming on November 7, 2025 via Netflix Music, featuring 37 original tracks that run about 1 hour and 45 minutes and showcase a haunting, orchestral score blending lyrical violin performances with dramatic gothic themes. 

The score prominently features Norwegian violin soloist Eldbjørg Hemsing, whose playing adds emotional depth to several key cues. 

Physical editions include vinyl releases such as limited red-and-white splatter LP pressings through Mutant, due in early 2026.
