Whereas every possible care is taken to supply our customers with precisely what they want – mistakes can be made. We will endeavour to solve any problems that occur to the best of our ability and in the shortest possible time to make your buying experience as pleasurable as possible.

Ordering & Pre-Orders

Please note: Pre-order means that your item will not ship before its release date, and that includes all other items in your order. We do not split up orders; everything will be sent together in one package. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please purchase pre-orders in a separate order.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

If an item is marked as a “pre-order,” please note the expected shipping date on the product page.


All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), but you can use the currency converter on the home page to change to your country’s currency.

Please enter the correct delivery address details when you order. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the valid address. We will be sure to give you an estimated date for delivery of all parcels, and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for informing Rue Morgue Records if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has yet to come by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will wait to dispatch a replacement item. We will be sending replacement items as soon as possible. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Refund Policy

If you receive a product you believe differs from what you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. You will be responsible for mailing the item back to our PO Box in its original undamaged and sealed condition.

We do not issue refunds for people who fail to read if an item is on pre-order. Pre-order items will be marked and highlighted. If you don’t see if an item is on pre-order, you won’t be able to cancel. Pre-order items WILL NOT be refunded.

NO REFUNDS for change of mind. All Sales are FINAL!

If an item is received as a gift and is unwanted or duplicated, we can offer a store credit for the returned item as long as the item is returned promptly in the same condition.


Rue Morgue Records is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
