This is a cracking document of KISS during the Crazy Nights era, capturing the unmasked line-up of Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Bruce Kulick and Eric Carr at Le Zénith in Paris on 13 September 1988. The set pulls heavily from Crazy Nights while still delivering the essential ’70s material, giving it a very different character from the better-known live recordings of the original make-up years.
The edition pictured is a 2026 unofficial European double-vinyl release, issued in several coloured-vinyl variants including red, black and yellow, and packaged with a large replica concert poster. It is not an official KISS/Universal release, and I haven’t found a legitimate catalogue number or barcode attached to it. Discogs identifies the release as limited, unofficial and European, with July 2026 listed as the release period.
