What can I return?
Items which are faulty or damaged upon receipt can be returned.
When do items need to be returned by?
Faulty or damaged items must be reported to Rue Morgue Records immediately via email (info@ruemorguerecords.com) and returned within 5 days of receipt.

How do I return items?
Please return any items in secure, padded packaging. If possible to re-use the original packaging from us, please do so.
Credit for returns?
Your PayPal account will be credited once the return items have been successfully processed at our warehouse.
